Perth Turf Talk | The Cat Files | Thu 28 March, 2013

How many times has this 1000m specialist loomed from the back and looked the winner, only to peak on his run in the last 50m.

He was at his best again yesterday and coming at the 18 start maiden Fonzarelli, one would be forgiven for tallying up his second only win in 22 starts, but it wasnt to be, coming up short yet again by the narrowest of margins. He has racked up five narrow minor placings in a row at his last five outings.

He's got ability, but he has to go into the cat files.
