Husson Lightning success continues

Heytesbury Stud's Husson Lightning had a great day at Belmont on Saturday when his only two runners, Grey Cheval and Tempestuous Strike filled two of the placings in the Westpeed 3yo handicap over 1200m.

It was the man of the moment, Simon Miller, who took the honours with Grey Cheval (Husson Lightning - Solange) now undefeated in two starts.

Tempestuous Strike (Husson Lightning - La Lollobrigida) went back to last and ran on well for Damian Winn. His record stands at four starts for two wins and looks to have added another dimension to his racing with blinkers removed.

Husson Lightning stands at Heytesbury Stud for $5,500 including GST.
