Judgement reserved in Peter Hall's appeal
Chairman of the WA Racing Appeals Tribunal reserved his judgement on the appeal by Peter Hall over his handling of Ysmael in a Belmont Park race last month.
Hall received a three month suspension and was riding in top form, missing rides during the Kalgoorlie carnival as a result.
Hall claims he is innocent of the charge whereas stewards believe that the discrepancy between the ride in question, and his previous rides on Ysmael, are incriminating.
A decision and an explanation will be given by the end of the week.
