Milton Campbell pleads guilty to drug charge
Trainer Milton Campbell has pleaded guilty to presenting Master Tenby to compete in a race at Northam on June 21 2012, a race he subsequently won. Campbell was today disqualified for nine months by stewards. He also pleaded guilty to failing to keep a record of treatment for Master Tenby and was fined $500.
Master Tenby was disqualified from the race with amended placings: 1st Panaster Boy, 2nd Rock Bar, 3rd Finally China, 4th Lovetherain.

gotcha, they left the tab divi's up there. in fairness, those who collected...did collect $19.70 and $5.50 on Master Tenby. so it was the dividend that was paid out on that race for win and place.

what do you mean? do you want them to calculate deductions? :-/ Nah its just a little misleading that it shows the winner having paid $19.70 win and $5.50 the drum when it didn't.

Just looked on CRIS. The result of the race has been changed but the (new) winners odds remain the same as they were when Master Tenby won.

Wow...that is some special treatment!!!!!!!! If guilty no matter who it is, you'd expect the same sort of uniform punishment.Really makes you wonder if the authorities have the desire to keep our industry drug free

I cant see anywhere on this thread where anyone is giving Milton a hard time!!..Compared to other threads on this issue in the past the response has been very tame. The guy did wrong, got caught and has been punished. The debate will always rage about how best...

Will give the bloke some credit though, Fessed up and pleaded guilty.. didn't drag it out through multiple enquiries like 9/10 people do.
