Pierro tops the Cox Plate markets
Pierro has firmed from $7 to $5.50 in this year's Cox Plate betting after easily accounting for his rivals in the Run To The Rose at Rosehill on Saturday, a race that included Patinack Farm's All Too Hard.
The Lonhro colt, one of Gai Waterhouse's stars, is also the outright favourite for the Caulfield Guineas on October 13.
