Settle Strada returns on Saturday
Despite only 7 races on Saturday, the fields do boast the inclusion of some talented sprinters - none more so than David Harrison's Settle Strada in the Crown Perth Sprint.
After a previous campaign that began with a third, the Strada gelding strung four in a row at Belmont and stamped himself as a local talent beating the likes of Checkpoint & Delta Bay.
He'll have a 60kg impost to contend with and Renee Forrest has been assigned the race to offer a 2kg relief. Settle Strada will be looking for his first win at headquarters and his second at his 4th start first up.
Quality middle distance runner, Operational, is also back in action for Fred Kersley and Paul Harvey resuming first up over 1600m.
Full Reign & Last Curtain will lock horns again in the 1800m event after the Parnham galloper took the honours by a head last Saturday.

It was in Saturday`s race book what went wrong last start. Straight from the trainer's mouth. Unless Funkster is the trainer, why seek his opinion? . Trainer also said in after race interview, not an Ascot horse, does not like the tighter corner. There you...
