While Rebel King may have lost his Crown as the Monarch of the Universal Ruler empire to stablemate Military Reign he showed last start that he can still match it with the best WA has to offer. Must lump 59kg of Jordan Turner here with a Bar Plate attached to his Near-side fore however I think the cream will rise to the top here and he will be incredibly hard to beat. Finished within 2.3 lengths of First Among Equals and Rock Magic in the Bolton with that pairing going on to quinella the Listed Belmont Newmarket at their next start. General Groove also comes from that form line and with Blinkers added to race gear and a drop in distance from 1400m back to 1200m I can see two big positives for the Miller trained galloper. Putting those two on top ahead of Conjob who I think can turn the tables on Django. Second up record of 3 starts for 2 wins, drawn perfectly in barrier 2 and dropping back from 1300m to 1200m which I see as being an advantage to Conjob and a disadvantage to Django. Django conceeds Conjob 2kg and will need to be at his very best to settle last in running and zap these talented rivals.

Sad state of affairs, saturday race day and only a few comments. Has everyone had enough of the bull$hit?? Hard to get excited when you start with a maiden, followed by a 2 horse race and not much better after that :-S
