If you think it can win another Saturday race, its defs worth the punt.
Now Simon Miller has left Aquinita and gone out on his own. If he thought it could win another Saturday race, there is no way known this horse would be advertised for sale on this forum. He would have purchased this himself and syndicated out.
Wasn't there a horse called Essayez that was advertised and sold on here that won a few Saturday races almost immediately after the sale?

Essayez was an unraced 2yr old, that the trainer was interested in getting a syndicate together.

And price tag was not as high if my memory serves me correct.

This said trainer is obviously not interested in syndicating a horse he has previously trained to win 2 Saturday races.

    Big Difference IMO.

There might be some comparisons to Essayez though, as in may not have gone on as a 3 yr old.

If Lob city sells, I hope it does come out and win some races for the connections.

Im sure this horse will be sound if the seller says it is. He is a guy with integrity.
I wont take the ad down, because 10x as many people read this site as opposed to post on the site. I have already fielded several inquiries.
Yes, people are skeptical of anything... and maybe they should be in this game...but you have to pick your mark,
I have been trying to sell shares in a horse for 2 months... record 8 starts for 2 wins and a placing.
Yesterday he won his third from 9 races..
I guess sometimes it just seems too good to be true.
How do you think the Gangemi Boys are cracking on with Battle Hero

Essayez was an unraced 2yo who bolted in a trial on the Monday, was sold on the Thursday and won on the Saturday.
There is unraced and there is unraced.

and was a good move by a young trainer who wanted to raise his profile, which is very different to this situation. Put his best horse up(at the time) for discussion and got some great results for the group.

I agree everyone should be skeptical. But its horse ownership and you only go in it cos you want to havea positive result. This one has proven it can do it, so as an experienced owner i'd be having a really good look at it if i was in the market for a horse. Winter races pay as much as Summer races!!!

Lets just leave poor old Essy - where ever she is - to be remembered as an amazing opportunity that some of us grabbed with both hands.

I'm still receiving counseling for everything that went on after that!! hahaha

and hopefully whoever grabs Lob City is as lucky as those who grabbed a part of Essayez were.
