The above mention comment is from the official announcement on the RWWA site on Danny Millers struggle to be be treated equally.   

Well done RWWA for granting a provisional licence for Danny to resume the job he was bred for.

My only concern is, the licence only qualifies him to ride his wife's or family members Horses. 

Are those horses trained by Danny's family different in any way to other horses?

Also is there going to be a map of the Miller family tree posted at all the work tracks so that this clause can be policed properly.
