    well the reason for that would be the girl has done all the work on it so deserves first go at it and i know that for a fact as i see her sitting on it every morning

    amazing? were we watching the same trial? unless u know something more than me ie weight carried.. the pope horse was my top selection outta that trial, bet up then when it steps out !!

    never said it wasnt a good trial, it was ridden cold but did get clicked up a little late. i just wouldnt call it amazing, especially after it comes out and wins first up

    Don't the owners deserve to have the best chance of getting the best possible return on investment :?:
    Easy enough to give her a sling (when they win) for work done, but not that easy when they are given no chance of winning by the rider and the owners are out of pocket.....

    A familiar tale, except I never had to stump up to buy and raise a yearling . . . Nuts to spending that sort of coin and not getting say in jockey.
