Does this mean his horses racing tomorrow in Narrogin are scratched or just transferred to someone elses name?

I think there will have to be a trainer change. Bad timing with Mr Moneypenny racing at caulfield tomorrow and Guest Wing on Saturday....

first time i have seen someone get less than 5 years for pocessing an electical devise, so i'd cop 12 months.

12 months mfa what a bloody joke i might do it just to see what i get. So he is not allowed near a race horse or stable or racetrack is that right yeh and going for another an appeal who does he think he is, i know what he is and the stewards who gave the sentence. They shouldnt have wasted the resources or the money or the time in holding this absolute waste of a time garbage donkey court. Just slap his wrist and say your such a naughty boy and dont treat your staff or horses like that then reward him with a 100.00 voucher to the telstra shop and only to purchase a phone battery. absolutely ridiculas. And keep out of your wifes knicker drawer.
  • all a matter of opinion

thought the 12 months sentence was a touch harsh given the circumstances - think all this precendence talk is rubbish personally as it is a pretty unique case

dont like the way he has been able to string it out (changed his plea twice and now appealling) whilst having runners unders his care

please explain why this case is unique Della, confused :?
  • the device was never intended for use on an animal and it was not kept on the premises

shook my head at a statement made by Richie Bell at Narrogin yesterday after the 3rd of Edwards winners.

It was along to lines of...... its good to see as he needs all the support he can get at this time.

what a load of crapola - you do the crime, you do the time!

i wonder i wonder everybody is always on the lookout with ways to improve a horses performance and he justt happened to have these what a coincidents. Or a very distrustful human being.
  • silkssilks    53 posts
Nats i also heard him say something like cant remember the horses name but it was his horse it was something like and here comes blah blah with an electrifying run around the outside. Yeah just like trackwork :!: :!:

Train Crusher was the horse..... circled the field charged clear and stole the race.

  • dungydungy    9,278 posts
If it isnt used on animals whats it for ??? correct me if im wrong didnt he have 4 of them ??? also is it true that its strobger than a taser ??if so why would you buy them as he has young kids ???? strange very strange ,how did he get them past customs
  • MagicPussyMagicPussy    23 posts
The turf club is being made look like idiots.
So you are telling me, although he has been given 12 months suspension and has already pleaded guilty, he is appealing and is still allowed to train and have horses races. So is he only doing this so he gets the big races out the way and then he will accept his 12months.
Doesn't make sense to me. Would only happen to the big trainers, wonder how a little trainer would get on
  • thefalconthefalcon    20,481 posts
Lets just wait and see how the appeal unfolds......
