and good to see some real topline talent with Galinba Blast and Lady Lavenham going around

can Mabel Grace breaks the bridesmaid and win the Pitzpatrick Plate? - looks a good chance

    I was with ya Della---really could not have it winning at all and did my arse. didnt help that the other leader drifted out the gate on betfair and the jock fell off at the start :(

    yes I believe so - only 1 point down on expectations so far but had a few up his sleeve

    I would probably rate him around 1.90/2.00 at the moment

    did scare me when the caller said Comical Cat had lost the rider

    Gonna put this out there, and I know I'll get all kinds of hate - because of the PTT love affair with Dashing Dan - but seriously how many horses does he ride that fade to near last after leading on them?

    We all crap on young riders who don't understand pace, but he just seems to go full bore all the time - thoughts or opinions?

    Nothing personal, but seriously - it must be frustating for connections.

    lucky --there is alot more hate out there on ptt than love for old dashing danny...i backed hp and i had no illusions as to how he would be ridden...for mine he is a consistent rider and that is gold...great win by a very honest horse....

    I'm with you on this one. Hasn't looked like leading last few, albeit with different jockey on. On the flip side however, I suppose they needed to try something as had no chance if ridden the same way as last few.

    What it also does is to make a lot of those horses suspect at the trip, struggle. Test the Angels was pathetic after getting a world perfect run.

    Yes, in fairness can't knock him for being consistent in how he rides.

    O'Donnell was down to ride On The Double - didn't even know McGruddey had replaced him :evil: :evil:

    If you open the accpetances sheet it clearly says ODONNELL

    why wasnt this on the CRIS site as a LATE CHANGE??????

    not even on the TABOZBET site in purple like they normally are when its a change????

    I just re-ran my Jockey Challenge software and Lane would have gone to $1.64 and thus a reduced bet

    McGruddy would have been at $10 and with $15 available would have been a winner for me

    I am seriously not happy and will be writing a letter to stewards :evil: :evil:

    I am not even a big punter but this has nearly cost me a 4 figure sum :evil: :evil: :evil:
