Reminding me a bit of the way Gilded Venom had that outstanding campaign when he won the Railway.

Paige Kenney is doing a sensational job with this bloke. Keeps doing the job.

great piccy from Saturday taken by Damien Wyer:

I have never met her, but I am most impressed with how good Paige Kenney gets her horses looking on race day!
West River Kevydon was clearly the pick of the yard on Saturday and i've rated another one of hers, Master Marlon the pick of the yard on previous occassions.
The horses obviously enjoy and thrive on her training set-up and regime.
22% w/r and 56% placed for the season to date. I reckon Paige may establish herself as a very good trainer in the near future

That is a cracker of a photo well done Damien.

Hope you take some more on Super Saturday!! 8)

Gee the horse looks a treat in that. You would expect a horse with his style to be a bit ragged looking, sweaty, plenty of gear on etc. None of that, absolute picture.

I wanna know HTF it got beat recently by Kenbon of all horses . . . . :?:

I think Paige does a tremendous job with her horses too. But having said that I did hear her pay tribute in the interview to her partner in "Ike" who according to her knows just how much work W.R.K.D needs throughout the week to get him in peak condition for race days.

Keep up the good work Paige and I hope the horse goes just as well if not better for you on Saturday!

Sons of Danetime seem to look particularly good in photo's. Haven't seen too many that look ordinary actually.

Thanks for the comments and the phone calls on these photo's, makes the effort worthwhile. I may be able to announce another Eastern States magazine as taking my work in the near future, having just supplied yet again material for a story out of Victoria today.
  • Great photo Damo, well done.

I can feel a request coming along ???
  • Nice to see the owner congratulate the trainer this time rather than the way he treated her when beaten by Kenbon.
