FLEMINGTON
Race 1 Streets Ice Cream Stakes (1000m)
The 2 year old gelding by California Dane from Spirited And Sexy, Fire Thunderbolt ($5.30) had a good run and won by 3 lengths. Fire Thunderbolt, in running settled 7th in the 800m, 6th in the 600m, and 5th in the 400m and took the lead in the 200m and won by 3 lengths against the first starter Mandla.
Runners up were Mandla 2nd ($3.10), Impris 3rd ($2.10) and Rhandara 4th.
Race 2 Roy Higgins Quality (2600m)
The 7 year old gelding by Tenduklar (USA) from Ronni Pancake (GB), Drunken Sailor won the quality race last Saturday carrying the top weight of 60 Kg. Ridden by Damien Oliver, In running he settled 6th place from 1800m to 600m and came 4th in the 400m and took the lead against Our Serena which is ridden by Luke Nolen who took the lead from 1800m to 600m. Trained by Flemington trainer Mr Michael Moroney, this galloper has 12 wins and 15 placings from its 45 starts to date.
Runners up were Our Serena 2nd ($2.60), Rowland 3rd ($2.90) and Persian Star 4th.
Race 6 Australian Guineas (1600m)
Helmet didn?t jump well and got a hard time winning the race. The great 3 year old filly by Fastnet Rock from Sumehra (NZ) Mosheen ($5.10) did a great job on winning the Australian Guineas even though drawn wide in barrier 20 in the full field of 16. The filly won by 2 1/2 lenghts against Strike the Star who ran 2nd. Mosheen is trained by Flemington trainer Robert Smerdon and was ridden by Danny Nikolic.
Runners up were Strike The Start 2nd ($5.40), Mister Milton 3rd ($21.80) and That's The One 4th.
Race 7 ATA/Bob Hoysted Handicap (1000m)
Peter G Moody trained galloper Panipique ($6.60) won by a length against the fast finishing galloper Queen Delight. The 4 year old mare by Testa Rossa from Our Quivira (NZ) was ridden by Michael Walker and was drawn in barrier 9. In running she settled 9th in the 800m, 8th in the 600m, 6th in the 400m, 3rd in the 200m and finish first.
Runners up were Queen Delight 2nd ($2.00), Gran Sasso 3rd ($3.10) and Arinos 4th.

Pure Hustle jumped off fairly and it was Le Cap who took the lead with Collect in 2nd and Narcissus in 3rd. As they run on the course proper All Too Hard ($1.30) was 2nd to the last and Le Cap was still the leader. Into the straight Narcissus and All Too Hard started to rush hard and on the 200m mark All Too Hard just rushed in front from the outside and wins it.

Race 3 $100,000 RANDWICK EQUINE CENTRE DARBY MUNRO STAKES (1200 METRES)
Sacred Pin was the best out, and as they settled down it was African Pulse who took the lead with Altar and Hallowell Bell ($7.00). Coming into the straight African Pulse is still the leader and moving from the outside it was Altar and Hallowell Bell on 3rd. Hallowell Bell challenged African Pulse and Altar and it was Hallowell Bell who won the race.

Race 4 $175000 PARRAMATTA LEAGUES CLUB CHALLENGE STAKES (1100 METRES)
Bell Sprinter walked out the gate and missed by 2 and it was Rain Affair the best Out and Winter King trying to take on Rain Affair on the early part of the race. Rain Affair took the lead by a length from Winter King, coming from home Rain Affair was still the leader and broke away from the other horses and stormed home winning by a length.
Race 5 $125000 DE BORTOLI WINES EPONA STAKES (1900 METRES)
Fill The Pages took the early lead together with Once Were Wild, Mirrasalo and Vintedge. And on the home turn Fibrillation ($11.20) started to rush home and won the race by a head in front of Crafty Irna and Once Were Wild.
CRAFTY IRNA 2nd ($1.90), CRAFTY IRNA 3rd ($4.40) and TIGRESS LILY 4th.
Race 6 $175000 HYLAND RACE COLOURS AJAX STAKES (1500 METRES)
At the start Niagara ($5.10) was rushing up quickly to take the lead from Almas Fury and as they settled down its Niagara in front of Freebolt and Fast Clip with Gathering and Almas Fury on the centre. As they sprint home Niagara led up against Freebolt and Fast Clip and Niagara exploded away and win the race.
STAR OF OCTAGONAL 2nd ($3.00), ALMA'S FURY 3rd ($5.50) and HAPPY TRAILS 4th.
