    You win a couple and you have a target on your back. They were never going to let us lead. 3 wide the trip and Still ran a faster last 600 than the winner who sat behind the leader. Gutsy.

    Know the feeling Bull...Fizza was well positioned and just couldn't get going over the last 200!!!!! maybe next week

    Sultan Pippa wasn't quick enough over the first 100m, and ran the race out at roughly the same distance, about 4l behind the leaders. Back to the Great Southern over 11-1200

    We had Come At Me run and win trial 7 this morning at Lark Hill. Very satisfying with this bloke as he has had a tie back etc and now seems to be breathing well and doing everything right. Should be popping up in the next fortnight and don't be surprised if it is midweek Ascot. Adam has a good opinion of him which is always a great sign

    Jewel Castle follows them around in race 5 at Menangle today.

    Diamond Castle is back on Monday in race 4 at Yarra Valley after a short break due to a virus. The NSW Oaks remains her target (on 1 March at Menangle - ID Final day) and this will be assessed after her run on Monday.

    Getting that way Rio. I never saw her a realistic winning chance but they were stupid odds for the place. She went back to last and rattled home. Great run but she wasn't going to win, gave them too much of a start.

    Good luck Chelsea. Got a dog running on Tuesday should go close to knocking off the distance track record. Scintillating in solo trials but very lazy in races.
