    You really dont have much of a clue at all do you ,,,,
    The horse never went around another runner just watched the replay again  it hit a  flat spot  at the 300m  if you had half a clue you would no that its a half to Star Encounter and 1600m + will be its go but you keep wacking away trigger

    I like to think I am fairly unbiased when it comes to jockeys but I cannot help but have a little vent regarding a Mr W.Pike. There is out of form and then there is out of form. I know he can be the difference between winning and losing but from what I have seen of late he just isn't really trying unless it's a big race or he is on a certain horse that he will partner for the long term. I know a lot of his rides today were pick up rides as Knuckey is on the sidelines but he was shocking at Ascot today. He absolutely carved up some rides that whilst may not have won would've been a lot closer and would've run a place. I know people will comment on you can work with what you are given but his choices were all deadends. He is put on as owners believe he makes the right choices and gives them ever possible chance, I didn't see that today and was very displeased.
    Yes, I am talking from my hip here but still, it was well below average. For a jock that is deemed to be 'our best' look at his stats for feb and March so far and his return is very poor

    @Super Snoop what do you mean by that?? I was just merely venting and wondering if anyone else is seeing the form slump.
    I admitted that I may have put down a few hard earned but I was genuinely baffled when I looked at his stats for feb/march(to date).

    @Super Snoop hahaha gotcha I actually wasn't blaming him for my lacklustre day. I was just pointing out how bloody ordinary he has been of late. Maybe he needs a holiday? Seems to have worked for a few of them. Jockeys and horses both need a freshen up I believe and after his crazy summer carnival maybe the wizard needs a spell,., but yes, I also don't like losing haha

    Form is a temporary thing mate CLASS IS PERMANENT !!!!!

    He's adding strings to his bow - penny dropped that what he can do on em in last 200m is just the tonic to keep leaders going - think he's ridden 4 or 5 leaders to win in last few weeks. Wouldn't have ridden 4 or 5 in season previously?

    So now you're either right back, or leading. Problem is BP doesn't want his leading ...
