Just had a quick flick through and pretty good fields for a Sunday meeting.

Northam Gold Cup is the main race.
I have got a couple of blackbooks running on the day.

    So on that, if you've taken fixed odds on pay 1.2.3. and it comes out, do you get an addition to the place bet, and a deduction on the win?  Or do you still get paid to 3rd place?  

    The deduction chart doesn't really help? TAB-Fixed-Odds-Racing-Deduction-Schedule.pdf  Being a $100/1 chance makes it worse, because if they just deduct $0.02, but you only get place on 1&2, your odds suck right now if it comes out?!

    Gary Not absolutely about Tabtouch but the other TAB's honour a fixed odds bet to 3 places if there are more than 7 runners when the bet is placed.

    Sordello in the last at big odds. Smithy aboard, loves Northam 10 starts for 1-3-3, but gate could be a problem! A bunch of crabbo's in the last so will throw in Scandalous lady in as well in my Tri!
