you can get what you want if you shout loud enough

West Australian Racing

Q:how do you get a race start with a trail embargo on a horse in the country ???

A:shout loud enough in the head Stewarts ear and he will over rule the embargo ,wether you have done the right thing with your horse  from an owners point of view this makes a mockery of the whole system ,lets hope the horse behaves or humble pie might be on the menu

    maggies a gem

my horse behaved in the same manner an I was told it would have to trail for safety reason ,so that's exactly what happened passed a trial all good

there has been no official trial since then

    how does that work ???

Perhaps it had a jump out? Sometime in country areas the club steward will pass horse after jumpouts. Often when there are no trials available. Which wouldnt be in Esperance.

if that is the case it seems abit unfair that I had to wait to trial my horse and no jump out was made available to my trainer as they were told had to trail and I believe the same was said in the stewards report about the above mentioned horse ,,seems to be one rule for one happening

that is RWWA...there rules are generally construed depending on who you are for just about anything.

Is your horse in Esperance? Perhaps the trainer of the other horse was proactive about organising a jump out?

if the definition of jump out is walk the horse around the parade ring three times and then watch the track gallop then yes ...It had a jump out ????????
