Go the Scorchers! Looking at the list, we may be a bit short in the bowling ranks at the moment with Coulter-Nile out and Behrendorff, Muirhead, Paris and Tye currently on the injured list. Not sure how many of this quartet are going to be available by Dec 23 for the opening game against the Strikers. However, if we can get enough of them out there during the tournament alongside Johnson, Marsh and Willey, it will be a reasonable attack.

not my mail but... Strikers, Stars and the Renegades to finish top 4 (one of those to win the comp)

Scorchers to just miss a top 4 gig

    Hurricanes for the spoon

I reckon the Stars look the goods if their list remains healthy..might even try and head out to the Scorchers/Stars game on 14th Jan..

Sydney Thunder at $2.05 (if batting second will be able to get $2.50+ during Sixers innings)

Total Match 4's And 6's - Over 31.5 @ $1.83 - Expect Thunder to get at least 25 of these - hopefully will bat first.

Rohrer and Russell to put on 80+ between them.

    Total 40.

The Thunder played rubbish and are restricted with Cricket Australia limiting their team.

While the total for 4s and 6s are under 33 the OVER is great value.

Sixers did the job easily and as long as injuries don't affect the team there will be at least 4 more wins for them.

What's the story re CA limiting their team ?

I doubt its a matter of them limiting their team, more so just not having them available for selection due to ODI etc

and his making excuses talking through his pocket

So on that note - by my latest count, Scorchers have 10 available players ?

When players are not available due to Australian ODI and test matches and basically ensuring they are rested and not able to be injured.

Every time Khawaja plays there will be a completely different offense and allowing for a win each time.

    Adelaide v Brisbane
Total Match 4's And 6's - Over 31.5 (only offered at Willhill)

    Adelaide to win @ $1.80.

    keen on the strikers aswell

    Ludeman for top batsmen

and an interesting stat, strikers won 100% (all 4) of their games last year they bowled in first

Unless something has changed from yesterday, Ludeman wasn't listed in the 13-man squad for tonight's game against Brisbane Heat. Ben Dunk will be wicket-keeping for the Strikers.

    What an innings.

    After 20 Overs

    27 total 4s & 6s

So that means 5 to go for Adelaide.

Adelaide are $3.50 at the break.

Brisbane Heat's 3rd highest total in BBL.

    3/209 v Hurricanes, 'Gabba, BBL|03
    6/208 v Hurricanes, Hobart, BBL|04
    5/206 v Strikers, Adelaide, tonight

Adelaide have never scored 200 in the BBL. Tonight was their 2nd highest total and just like their highest, they lost chasing 200+.

    6/198 v Scorchers, WACA, BBL|03
    6/196 v Heat, Adelaide, tonight
    5/189 v Renegades, Adelaide, BBL|01

I would certainly be more excited going into tomorrow nights game if he was playing. I'm hoping Mitch Marsh can do it himself.

I'd be taking that 4s and 6s line for every game from the Adelaide oval, they just look so easy to get there.

a couple of ridiculous appeals from him though that weren't even close and a bit of over excitement makes him look like a tool... plus that stupid tongue hanging out  L-)

usually you'd be telling your mate to pull his head in but in this case it's a tongue.

Smash up by the Scorchers. Was maybe a foregone conclusion at innings change but definitely done by early into Strikers innings as they limped to 2/7 after 3 overs.

Bowled well, Willey 2 for and very economical and MJ 3 /33 they would be happy with that start.
I was going to multi up sixers/stars in next two games, not so confident sixers will beat perth now.

@Portside do William Hill offer the 4s and 6s combined bet every game? I had a bit of a look for yesterdays games but couldnt find it, I was looking about 8am WA time so maybe too early? Was very keen at the Waca with the short boundary, think the total got to well over 40.

Sixers batting wise is very interesting. Wouldnt call it a tail but with guys like Botha, O'Keefe and Abbot coming in reasonably early I dont like it. Yes they can hold a bat but I would call them bowlers not alrounders.
