it looks like he has been blackballed. only recently he was getting almost a full book at all meetings. now i have noticed he is getting very few rides from established metro stables. on sunday i think he only had 1 ride. is he getting lazy or what?

He didn't look real lazy when he gave Pike windburn in race 4 at Northam.

    always the way, thunder.... ;)
i never said anything about his riding ability just that he is not getting the rides he did only a month or two back.
when that happens there is always a reason...maybe its too hard to get out of the cot these cold mornings...remember he's not used to the cold.

Well every bill from a trainer I get ,has  track rider fees for  every morning,
So I am only going on my bill

^^ what peeves me is the 60 bucks to use the pool...nice little earner, eh?

Well then Manchild he must use a trackwork rider every morning. I am thinking if so he must be a small or parttime trainer. Most of the bigger stables who use trackwork riders would pay them a wage or retainer . Just out of interest how much a morning?

$20 a ride for a trackwork rider (usually not jockeys)

but if linked to a stable they may not get the $20 but receive race day rides or are at the top of the list of jocks to pick
