I tried to copy and paste all the text but the article had too many characters to post, so here's the link

I hope that Tinkler can turn it around. I don't know what he is like as a person but reckon he deserves some kudos for what he has done in racing. Was never going to be a good investment but how much fun would it be to go to all the sales and buy whatever you like and set up a new stable. Awesome story anyway.

not sure I can agree with you Pratty. A bloke that doesnt pay his bills doesnt belong....
the knock on effect is too harsh for say a farrier or a lowly paid stable worker, who doesnt get their bills paid.
Unfortunately, its widely accepted in the racing game that certain people "wont pay" or "dont pay".
    If you cant pay....dont play.

Sorry I didn't read the article. Why isn't he paying his bills?

It sounds/seems he is asset rich and he is portrayed as a real prick who thinks he is above everyone else.

It was a good injection into the horse racing industry but just reeks of someone with too much money and ego.

just because thats what he does by the sounds Pratty. Sounds like (if you can believe the article) he's never been a good payer. And history shows once you're a non payer, you'll always be a non payer.

This has been around for awhile. All that talk about how much this particular stallion prospect was worth, or him trying to offload real estate cheap was just an early indication that everything was not rosy. Hopefully not too many more hard working horse folk get stung by this bloke's business practises.

In this article is states as a teenager he was a punter. I have not heard or read about his punting activities as an adult. Does he like a good ol' plunge??
