Anyone trying to access these tonight, use the calendar rather than searching via horse name.
You'll get completely lost if you do the latter as the races are not properly archived or in any chronological order.

I'd love to do form for tomorrow's meeting.

    This is ridiculous.

$275 is a rip off for sure for that product. It's clearly no value for money, and it's broken and not well maintained.

Look at harness.org.au who provides replays of every race for every meeting free online, and Cannington Greyhounds does the same for WA chasing.

    $275 is a rip off.

It shouldn't be anymore than $25 a year if they MUST charge something.

Issues we are experiencing are unacceptable but I don't think $275 is unresonable. If you know how to use what you are seeing it pays for itself many times over.

Costs $600 a year if you want Sydney and/or Melbourne replays.

those who can see the videos, anyone finding them all pixilated (sp) ?
Im also finding very slow at loading a race up.

Hong Kong, the gambling leader of the racing world.

    Guess what?

    Free videos.

Australian racing is run by clowns who see a race video fee as an income stream but can`t see any benefit in giving their punters the information for free, which in turn would create more turnover (the only true income that makes a difference).

    Short sighted incompetence.

I can remember paying $30 for a VHS tape of each meeting once upon a time. Having said that, I haven't renewed my subscription this season. When I first subscribed it included free passes, vouchers etc but apart from the videos, the only other tangible benefit is the PR lounge ;-)

I am surprised however that no one from Perth Racing has bothered to contact me as to why I haven't renewed my membership. Obviously they are very busy.

Cannot even get the last 600m replay or interviews to work, and a mate who is a member says still cannot see his horses replay from Sunday at Mt Barker, and it is now Wednesday. Shoddy service if forking out up to 300 notes a year

I can never understand the mentality of raceclubs and their broadcasting partners in charging their customers for what amounts to essential information for punters i.e race replays and trials.

It is part of your cost of business, not the punters, and a legitimate business expense that must be factored into your bottom line in order to attract the customer to your product. Why after everything else the punter has to put with should they have to pay for this 'privilege' and then on top of that receive substandard service.

How come both racing and harness racing in NZ can provide this service for free while harness racing in Australia, supposedly a more backward sport, can offer this service for free yet thoroughbred racing can't.

Did these geniuses running racing ever think that by making these tools of the trade readily available that their turnover might actually increase by significantly more and provide a far greater long term benefit than the relatively small amount they generate by ripping off punters and charging for replays, trials etc.
