    Have had something EW on Liberty Rise. 59kg a query but forget her last two runs. Trapped wide on a heavy track and missed the kick. She seems to run well at Northam but I'm always a bit nervous backing TT :-SS

    additional occasions prior to the 100m
    . When assessing penalty
    Stewards took into account the
    totality of his whip use and h
    is recent record in relation to this rule and that he had won the race

    Cracks me up the stewards approach to whip use.
    When a jockey cracks the whip three times more than he is allowed to he immediately cops a fine.
    But when a jockey doesn't show any vigour on a questionable ride or intent, nothing happens.
    Except if your Douggie Whyte and it is in a group one, then there is no place to hide.
    Not sure you need to be in one of those towers around the course to count the whip useage.
    Every other hard decision generally is a no decision.
