Season kicked off today, and the almighty Le Bron/Wade/Bosche Heat got rolled by the Celtics, and Houston giving the Lakers something to chase at half time.

Looks as the same old same old will contest the playoffs with the Heat joining the upper echelons. My side the poor old Clips, well I'd be happy with a .500% season, if Gordon plays upto his USA Dream Team form & Griffin stands up to his potential as No 1 in the Draft last year then it is likely

    Nice 4th quarter collapse by the Suns today too, nothing changes!

    Griffin could well be rookie of the year, how he goes will decide how close to .500 you guys get. Kaman could be in for a good year again too.

    Not the greatest starting five the Suns with Stoudamire gone, but outscored by 20 in last term going in with a 6 point breather.

    The Kaveman important as is "Fat" Baron for us.

    Heat to bounce back, thunder, mavs been Terrible in pre season but will step up tomorrow, raptors, grizzlies and spurs for me plus I give the clippers a chance against the blazers who are backing up and that last quarter could have taken the sting out of them but will probably let that one go !

    I really like the thunder,bucks and mavs.

    Cleveland as the roughie but they have a few out so a bit concerned. If williams and varajo were playing i'd have them as very confident winners too but they both may not play so not as confident.

    Good work jordan.

    I have been betting on the nba for the past three seasons with a very nice profit each season. I do about an hour of study on all games each night and i have began this season pretty well too with another profitable day today.

    Tomorrow not the best of days but the thunder and heat should do the job.

    Tomorrow the bucks are the underdog and away from home but i'm confident they can do the job. The cavs are a pretty big underdog against the 76ers away from home but i give them a good chance and will have a small bet on them to win and also the plus 5.5. The timberwolves plus line bet if over 6 could be worth a bet aswell, the line was'nt up at the time of me typing this.

    Pretty close to the mark there MH, except T-Woves as the hawk now 6-0. Clipps finally won one the other day with a team of youth, Fat Baron injured again. Hornets got over Miami in a close one.

    Guys,

    Haven't posted on here for a while, so just saw the thread...
    I also like investing on the NBA... But Im a quite selective as I like to roll winnings similar to the $1M challenge...

    Basically look around team like the Lakers, Heat, Celts, Magic playing crap teams at home... All obviously have really good records at home (well expecting the Heat to this year) and if they drop one at home its usually to a middle to good side...

    So trying to play patient this year rather than bet because there are games on...

    Also try to avoid lines, because even the good teams can throw away a lead by giving bench players a run... So H2H for me only...

    Yeh cannot believe how the heat lost that game it would've been a very nice multi collect. Miami led by 8 with 28 seconds to go i've never heard of a team that has lost before after being in that situation. :evil: :cry:

    Tomorrow the thunder won't lose i'm on then with 99% confidence. Other's i like are the cavs, knicks and hawks who hopefully all get the chocolates i'm pretty confident they can.

    Nice result for me today 2 from 2. Indiana should be winning tomorrow but will be very very short.
