Hi sinti, it seems to me you are not doing much of a selling spiel here ( or worse) .Can I suggest you put it all out there. CRIS has the trainer listed for the horse as having trained one winner in four years.  CRIS does not have you listed as a trainer at all. Don't prevaricate. If the horse went shin sore  after his second trial. ( 4th of 6   -9.5 lengths, say so..  Magic Millions has the horse sold for $6k.  Now tell me why I should buy a share? How much? AND why? (to both questions).

good luck Sinti.. nice bit of form out of his first trial...hope you get a few runs out of it this time..

If my book wasn't full i'd be interested.... as stated in your first post.....i thought you made it real clear when you said................. "for further details please pm me"

Good luck agree with Rio nice form out of the first trial albeit the trial wasn't super quick

The CRIS website having a different trainer mentioned is an interesting one.

Next to no-one changes the details until it is about to go to the track and then they put their stable returns in...sonot a major issue there...he's admitted it is going to the new trainer (himself) and when it heads to trials, he'll do a stable return and then a day or two later CRIS will be updated.

Bet you didn't think you'd get this response Sinti!! haha....
    :-O ;))

Rio I understand that Trainers are obligated to put in a stable return immediately a horse walks into their yard. So I'm at a loss to explain why RWWA wouldn't act on that information immediately it was received, so perhaps there is something there for the admin people to follow up on.

To the person offering this 2yo for syndication. Give RWWA a call before they call you, because they will be calling.
  • RIORIO    14,902 posts

I've had horses at trainers for over a year without a stable return being done...so I was just explaining how it s normally done. Not the legal requirements which RWWA don't enforce and very few follow.

Why would RWWA be calling him for offering a 2yr old for syndication??? I do that every year and I've never been called by them..

He's not advertising it as a syndicator and even if he did the majority of syndicators aren't licensed to syndicate, so that's not an issue. All he's doing is suggesting to like minded people that he has some shares on offer. PM him get the details, if he reckons he can be friends with the interested person he'll ask if they want to buy some shares.

RWWA have a few more pressing issues to deal with rather than chasing up a bloke trying to put a horse into the industry!!

Well they've found plenty of time previously to chase plenty of other people up over it......(public promotion of sale of shares in a horse - without appropriate ASIC approvals).
Same rule for all I say, but for as long as you get away with it - best of luck to you !

Re stable returns - they're trying to clamp down on it more. Issue being knowing where horses are, for purposes if keeping track of all, inspections, testing etc.

depends who you are, and I agree that it should be clamped down on.. both stable returns and syndication.

Just thought I'd provide the new bloke with the appropriate response if he got a phone call...haha

who the hell is Stefan Valhalla....and for that matter

Had Estiarte. Was a great performer when trained by Luciani, Valhalla, as the majority owner, took it off him to train himself. It never collected another cheque
