Name is one more run
Martin Allan (new trainer) myself
If my book wasn't full i'd be interested.... as stated in your first post.....i thought you made it real clear when you said................. "for further details please pm me"
The CRIS website having a different trainer mentioned is an interesting one.
Bet you didn't think you'd get this response Sinti!! haha....
:-O ;))
To the person offering this 2yo for syndication. Give RWWA a call before they call you, because they will be calling.
I've had horses at trainers for over a year without a stable return being done...so I was just explaining how it s normally done. Not the legal requirements which RWWA don't enforce and very few follow.
Why would RWWA be calling him for offering a 2yr old for syndication??? I do that every year and I've never been called by them..
He's not advertising it as a syndicator and even if he did the majority of syndicators aren't licensed to syndicate, so that's not an issue. All he's doing is suggesting to like minded people that he has some shares on offer. PM him get the details, if he reckons he can be friends with the interested person he'll ask if they want to buy some shares.
RWWA have a few more pressing issues to deal with rather than chasing up a bloke trying to put a horse into the industry!!
Same rule for all I say, but for as long as you get away with it - best of luck to you !
Re stable returns - they're trying to clamp down on it more. Issue being knowing where horses are, for purposes if keeping track of all, inspections, testing etc.
depends who you are, and I agree that it should be clamped down on.. both stable returns and syndication.
Just thought I'd provide the new bloke with the appropriate response if he got a phone call...haha
